Escape single quotes in literal strings from groff's Unicode transform.
If the F register is >0, we'll generate index entries on stderr for
titles (.TH), headers (.SH), subsections (.SS), items (.Ip), and index
entries marked with X<> in POD. Of course, you'll have to process the
output yourself in some meaningful fashion.
Avoid warning from groff about undefined register 'F'.

For nroff, turn off justification. Always turn off hyphenation; it makesway too many mistakes in technical documents.

DESCRIPTION
Header "DESCRIPTION" \fBSSL_get_peer_tmp_key() returns the temporary key provided by the peer and
used during key exchange. For example, if ECDHE is in use, then this represents
the peer's public ECDHE key. On success a pointer to the key is stored in
\fB*key. It is the caller's responsibility to free this key after use using
\fBEVP_PKEY_free\|(3).
\fBSSL_get_server_tmp_key() is a backwards compatibility alias for \fBSSL_get_peer_tmp_key(). Under that name it worked just on the client side of the connection, its behaviour on the server end is release-dependent.
\fBSSL_get_tmp_key() returns the equivalent information for the local end of the connection.
"RETURN VALUES"
Header "RETURN VALUES" All these functions return 1 on success and 0 otherwise.
NOTES
Header "NOTES" This function is implemented as a macro.
