Remove DST/TIMEZONE options(4) from kernel configs; ok jca@ deraadt@

# 73179fe1 19-Dec-2015 deraadt <deraadt@openbsd.org>

make things fit, by skipping pcn* for now -- randomly firing a driver.

# c9eb23cd 05-Oct-2015 deraadt <deraadt@openbsd.org>

alpha ramdisk ran out of space, very slightly. Probably due to the
development of tame? option CD9660 and mount_cd9660 are already
absent, so remove the cd(4) driver
ok miod

# e479e91c 19-Sep-2015 miod <miod@openbsd.org>

No need for wsmux on these installation media, which lack USB support.

# 912f27dc 17-Jul-2015 tedu <tedu@openbsd.org>

remove obsolete INET kernel option

give up on isp, and only use ql[wae]
Be a bit cynical about firmware fitting, of course..

enable qla(4) and qle(4) in ramdisks, except on sgi where the cdfs overflows

# b2f3d9bd 08-Mar-2014 kettenis <kettenis@openbsd.org>

Enable qlw(4) on alpha/amd64/i386/macppc/sgi/sparc64 to force people to test.

# 02e3152c 19-Feb-2014 jmatthew <jmatthew@openbsd.org>

add qla and qle everywhere we currently have isp, commented out except for
qle in GENERIC on i386, amd64 and sparc64, where it's reasonably well tested
and likely to be useful.

# 286a3a9c 29-Jun-2011 matthew <matthew@openbsd.org>

Replace all instances of "scsibus* at hba?" with a single "scsibus* at
scsi?" rule, similar to how ethernet PHY drivers attach at mii.

Discussed on icb.

firmwares into the smaller (and larger) media

spotted by merdely, realization by miod

Add option WSKBD_NO_INTL_LAYOUTS to prevent inclusion of international
keyboard layouts, instead of having SMALL_KERNEL imply this on alpha.
No functional change.

media, with tight space constraints - currently, only added where
SMALL_KERNEL was already defined.
