Merge in ndbootd-0.5.

Finished the 3rdparty import procedure for the ndbootd
package: Added RCS IDs, a Makefile, added to 3RDPARTY.
Also removed sunndd from 3RDPARTY.

Import of Matt Fredette's ndbootd boot program for Sun2 machines.
