to fix that shortly.
Also change splclock() to block everything but serial hardware interrupts.

The current MacBSD architecture sub-directory for NetBSD-0.9--more or
less. It needs some help to get to be -current. Support for minimal
hardware on the SE/30, II, IIx, and IIcx exists.
