bump majors
Add missing LIBDPLIBS, found by using 'LDFLAGS += -Wl,-z,defs' and sortsrc/external/mit/xorg/lib/Makefile to match the new order.
Install pkgconfig files. Where applicable, remove .if 0 code that tried todo the same thing.
