- define COMMON as "${.CURDIR}/../common", and use appropriately
- remove .PATH: ${.CURDIR}/../common
- update the various MERGED_SRCS lines to reflect reality

Use bsd.man.mk (maybe should be something else) instead of bsd.prog.mk, and
do the cleaning differently.
