NetBSD re-synchronization of the source tree

This brings our tree to NetBSD 7.0, as found on -current on the
10-10-2015.

This updates:
- LLVM to 3.6.1
- GCC to GCC 5.1
- Replace minix/commands/z

This brings our tree to NetBSD 7.0, as found on -current on the
10-10-2015.

This updates:
- LLVM to 3.6.1
- GCC to GCC 5.1
- Replace minix/commands/zdump with usr.bin/zdump
- external/bsd/libelf has moved to /external/bsd/elftoolchain/
- Import ctwm
- Drop sprintf from libminc

. allow build with llvm without crossbuilding llvm itself
. can now build minix/arm using llvm and eabi - without C++
support for now (hence crossbuilding llvm itself is turned off
for minix/arm)

- Fix for possible unset uid/gid in toproto
- Fix for default mtree style

- Resynchronize GCC, mpc, gmp, mpfr
- build.sh: Replace params with show-params.
This has been done as the make target has been renamed in the same
way, while a new target named params has been added. This new
target generates a file containing all the parameters, instead of
printing it on the console.
- Update test48 with new etc/services (Fix by Ben Gras <ben@minix3.org)

Import unmodified NetBSD libc in trunk

This patch imports the unmodified current version of NetBSD libc.
The NetBSD includes are in /nbsd_include, while the libc code itself is
split between lib/nb
