tests: add attributes that would normally come from inferattrs
As my goal is to remove at least _some_ functions from the static list
in MemoryBuiltins.cpp, these tests either need to run inferattrs

As my goal is to remove at least _some_ functions from the static list
in MemoryBuiltins.cpp, these tests either need to run inferattrs or
statically declare these attributes to keep passing. A couple of tests
had alternate cases which are no longer meaningful, e.g.
`malloc-load-removal.ll`.

[test] Use -passes syntax when specifying pipeline in some more tests
The legacy PM is deprecated, so update a bunch of lit tests running
opt to use the new PM syntax when specifying the pipeline.

opt to use the new PM syntax when specifying the pipeline.
In this patch focus has been put on test cases for ConstantMerge,
ConstraintElimination, CorrelatedValuePropagation, GlobalDCE,
GlobalOpt, SCCP, TailCallElim and PredicateInfo.

This patch extends the OptimizeGlobalAddressOfMalloc to handle the null check of global pointer variables. It is disabled with https://reviews.llvm.org/rGb7cd291c1542aee12c9e9fde6c411314a163a8ea. This PR is to reenable it while fixing the original problem reported. The fix is to set the store value correctly when creating store for the new created global init bool symbol.

PR35760 shows an example program which, when compiled with `clang -O0`
or gcc at any optimization level, prints '0'. However, llvm transforms
the program in a way that causes it to print '1'.
Fix the issue by having `AllUsesOfValueWillTrapIfNull` return false when
analyzing a load from a global which is used by an `icmp`. This special
case was untested [0] so this is just deleting dead code.
An alternative fix might be to change the GlobalStatus analysis for the
global to report "Stored" instead of "StoredOnce". However, "StoredOnce"
is appropriate when only one value other than the initializer is stored
to the global.
