Allow shrink-wrapping past memory accesses that only access globals or function arguments. This patch uses getUnderlyingObject to try to identify the accessed object by a given memory operand. If it is a global or an argument, it does not access the stack of the current function and should not block shrink wrapping.
Note that the caller's stack may get accessed when passing an argument via the stack, but not the stack of the current function.
This addresses part of the TODO from D63152.

with optimizations you could end up with a single abort call for the two inlined instances of foo(). When merging the locations for those inlined instances you would previously end up with a 0:0 location in main(). Leaving out that inlined chain from the location for the abort call could make troubleshooting difficult in some cases.
This patch changes DILocation::getMergedLocation() to try to handle such cases. The function is rewritten to first find a common starting point for the two locations (same subprogram and inlined-at location), and then in reverse traverses the inlined-at chain looking for matches in each subprogram. For each subprogram, the merge function will find the nearest common scope for the two locations, and matching line and column (or set them to 0 if not matching).
In the example above, you will for the abort call get a location in bar() at 6:5, inlined in foo() at 10:3, inlined in main() at 0:0 (since the two inlined functions are on different lines, but in the same scope).
I have not seen anything in the DWARF standard that would disallow inlining a non-zero location at 0:0 in the inlined-at function, and both LLDB and GDB seem to accept these locations (with D142552 needed for LLDB to handle cases where the file, line and column number are all 0). One incompatibility with GDB is that it seems to ignore 0-line locations in some cases, but I am not aware of any specific issue that this patch produces related to that.
With x86-64 LLDB (trunk) you previously got:

Fix a set of related bugs:
* Considering two locations as equivalent when their lines are the same but their scopes are different causes erroneous debug info that attributes a commoned call to be attributed to one of the two calls it was commoned from.
* The previous code to compute a new location's scope was inaccurate and would use the inlinedAt that was the /parent/ of the inlinedAt that is the nearest common one, and also used that parent scope instead of the nearest common scope.
* Not generating new locations generally seemed like a lower quality choice
There was some risk that generating more new locations could hurt object size by making more fine grained line table entries, but it looks like that was offset by the decrease in line table (& address & ranges) size caused by more accurately computing the scope - which likely lead to fewer range entries (more contiguous ranges) & reduced size that way.
All up with these changes I saw minor reductions (-1.21%, -1.77%) in .rela.debug_ranges and .rela.debug_addr (in a fission, compressed debug info build) as well as other minor size changes (generally reductinos) across the board (-1.32% debug_info.dwo, -1.28% debug_loc.dwo). Measured in an optimized (-O2) build of the clang binary.
If you are investigating a size regression in an optimized debug builds, this is certainly a patch to look into - and I'd be happy to look into any major regressions found & see what we can do to address them.
