DAG: Fold bitcast of scalar_to_vector to anyext (#122660)
scalar_to_vector is difficult to make appear and test, but I found one case where this makes an observable difference. It fires more often than this in the test suite, but most of them have no net result in the final code. This helps reduce regressions in a future commit.

AMDGPU: Move attributor into optimization pipeline (#83131)
Removing it from the codegen pipeline induces a lot of test churn
because llc is no longer optimizing out implicit arguments to kernels.
Mostly mechanical, but there are some creative test updates. I preferred
to take the changes as-is in tests where the ABI isn't relevant. In
cases where it's more relevant, or the optimize out logic was too
ingrained in the test, I pre-run the optimization. Some cases manually
add attributes to disable inputs.

[AMDGPU,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple= (#75982)
Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.
For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.
Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.
This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

[DAG] Use legal shift amount type in DAGTypeLegalizer::JoinIntegers
Documentation for TargetLowering::getShiftAmountTy says that LegalTypes should generally be true during type legalization, so this patch does that.
On AMDGPU the effect is that we use i32 (a sane type) instead of i64 (pointer sized type) for more shift amounts, which in turn allows more formation of rotates and funnel shifts pre-legalization.

[DAG] Enable ISD::SRL SimplifyMultipleUseDemandedBits handling inside SimplifyDemandedBits
This patch allows SimplifyDemandedBits to call SimplifyMultipleUseDemandedBits in cases where the ISD::SRL source operand has other uses, enabling us to peek through the shifted value if we don't demand all the bits/elts.
This is another step towards removing SelectionDAG::GetDemandedBits and just using TargetLowering::SimplifyMultipleUseDemandedBits.
There a few cases where we end up with extra register moves which I think we can accept in exchange for the increased ILP.

[DAG] SimplifyDemandedBits - don't early-out for multiple use values
SimplifyDemandedBits currently early-outs for multi-use values beyond the root node (just returning the knownbits), which is missing a number of optimizations as there are plenty of cases where we can still simplify when initially demanding all elements/bits.
@lenary has confirmed that the test cases in aea-erratum-fix.ll need refactoring and the current increase codegen is not a major concern.

[AMDGPU] Lowering VGPR to SGPR copies to v_readfirstlane_b32 if profitable.
Since the divergence-driven instruction selection has been enabled for AMDGPU, all the uniform instructions are expected to be selected to SALU form, except those not having one. VGPR to SGPR copies appear in MIR to connect values producers and consumers. This change implements an algorithm that evolves a reasonable tradeoff between the profit achieved from keeping the uniform instructions in SALU form and overhead introduced by the data transfer between the VGPRs and SGPRs.

[AMDGPU] Set most sched model resource's BufferSize to one
Using a BufferSize of one for memory ProcResources will result in better ILP since it more accurately models the dependencies between memory ops and their consumers on an in-order processor. After this change, the scheduler will treat the data edges from loads as blocking so that stalls are guaranteed when waiting for data to be retreaved from memory. Since we don't actually track waitcnt here, this should do a better job at modeling their behavior.
Practically, this means that the scheduler will trigger the 'STALL' heuristic more often.
This type of change needs to be evaluated experimentally. Preliminary results are positive.

[AMDGPU] Update subtarget features for new target ID support
Support for XNACK and SRAMECC is not static on some GPUs. We must be able to differentiate between different scenarios for these dynamic subtarget features.
The possible settings are:
- Unsupported: The GPU has no support for XNACK/SRAMECC. - Any: Preference is unspecified. Use conservative settings that can run anywhere. - Off: Request support for XNACK/SRAMECC Off - On: Request support for XNACK/SRAMECC On
GCNSubtarget will track the four options based on the following criteria. If the subtarget does not support XNACK/SRAMECC we say the setting is "Unsupported". If no subtarget features for XNACK/SRAMECC are requested we must support "Any" mode. If the subtarget features XNACK/SRAMECC exist in the feature string when initializing the subtarget, the settings are "On/Off".
The defaults are updated to be conservatively correct, meaning if no setting for XNACK or SRAMECC is explicitly requested, defaults will be used which generate code that can be run anywhere. This corresponds to the "Any" setting.
