[AArch64] Update generic sched model to A510

Refresh of the generic scheduling model to use A510 instead of A55.
Main benefits are to the little core, and introducing SVE scheduling information.

predecessor. If the loop has preheader and there is loop invariant code, the

predecessor. If the loop has preheader and there is loop invariant code, the
invariant code can be hoisted to the preheader in general. This patch makes the
pass handle inner loops in general.
