[llvm] Avoid 'raw_string_ostream::str()' (NFC) (#97203)

Since `raw_string_ostream` doesn't own the string buffer, it is
desirable (in terms of memory safety) for users to directly reference
the string buffer rather than use `raw_string_ostream::str()`.

Work towards TODO comment to remove `raw_string_ostream::str()`.

[llvm] Cleanup header dependencies in ADT and Support

The cleanup was manual, but assisted by "include-what-you-use". It consists in

1. Removing unused forward declaration. No impact expected.
2. Removing unused headers in .cpp files. No impact expected.
3. Removing unused headers in .h files. This removes implicit dependencies and
is generally considered a good thing, but this may break downstream builds.
I've updated llvm, clang, lld, lldb and mlir deps, and included a list of the
modification in the second part of the commit.
4. Replacing header inclusion by forward declaration. This has the same impact
as 3.

Notable changes:

- llvm/Support/TargetParser.h no longer includes llvm/Support/AArch64TargetParser.h nor llvm/Support/ARMTargetParser.h
- llvm/Support/TypeSize.h no longer includes llvm/Support/WithColor.h
- llvm/Support/YAMLTraits.h no longer includes llvm/Support/Regex.h
- llvm/ADT/SmallVector.h no longer includes llvm/Support/MemAlloc.h nor llvm/Support/ErrorHandling.h

You may need to add some of these headers in your compilation units, if needs be.

As an hint to the impact of the cleanup, running

clang++ -E -Iinclude -I../llvm/include ../llvm/lib/Support/*.cpp -std=c++14 -fno-rtti -fno-exceptions | wc -l

before: 8000919 lines
after: 7917500 lines

Reduced dependencies also helps incremental rebuilds and is more ccache
friendly, something not shown by the above metric :-)

Revert unnecessary and incorrect change made to GraphWriter

Summary:
As pointed out in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/52610, the
changes to GraphWriter made in https://reviews.llvm.org/D87202 introduced
some bad code and the changes are actually unnecessary for
-print-changed=dot-cfg. The code in question is guarded by a call to
DefaultDOTGraphTraits::hasEdgeDestLabels() which is always false when the
graph writer is called for -print-changed=dot-cfg. Revert this section of
the changes.

Add new choices dot-cfg and dot-cfg-quiet to print-changed.

Summary:
Add new options -print-changed=[dot-cfg | dot-cfg-quiet] which create
a website of DOT files showing colourized changes as the IR is changed
by passes in the new pass manager pipeline.

A new change reporter is introduced that creates a website of changes made
by passes in the opt pipeline that change the IR. The hidden option
-dot-cfg-dir=<dir> specifies a directory (defaulting to "./") into which the
website will be created.

A file passes.html is created that contains a list of all the passes that
act on the IR. Those that do not change the IR are listed as omitted
because of no change, ignored or filtered out (using -filter-print-func
and -filter-passes) or not listed in quiet mode. Those that
do change the IR are listed as a link to a DOT file which contains a
CFG depiction of the IR (ala -dot-cfg) except that the instructions,
basic blocks and links that are only in the IR before the pass (ie, removed)
and those that are only in the IR after the pass (ie, added) are shown in
red and green, respectively, while the aspects of the CFG that do not change
are shown in black. Additional hidden options
-dot-cfg-before-color=<dot named color>,
-dot-cfg-after-color=<dot named color> and
-dot-cfg-common-color=<dot named color> are defined that allow the
customization of the colors used in colorizing the CFG.
-change-printer-dot-path=<path to dot exe> is also added.

Utility to dump .dot representation of SelectionDAG without firing viewer

Summary:
This patch adds support for dumping .dot
representation of SelectionDAG. It is inspired from the fact that,
a developer may want to just dump the graph at
a predictable path with a simple name to compare.
The exisitng utility (i.e. viewGraph) are overkill
for this motive hence this patch adds the requires support
while using the core routines from GraphWriter.

Example usage: DAG.dumpDotGraph("/tmp/graph.dot", "MyGraph")
will create /tmp/graph.dot file when DAG is an
object of SelectionDAG class.

Fix SelectionDAG Graph Printing on Windows

Currently, when compiling to IR (presumably at the clang level) LLVM
mangles symbols and sometimes they have illegal file characters
including `?`'s in them. This causes a problem when building a graph via
llc on Windows because the code currently passes the machine function
name all the way down to the Windows API which frequently returns error
123 **ERROR_INVALID_NAME**
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/debug/system-error-codes--0-499-

Thus, we need to remove those illegal characters from the machine
function name before generating a graph, which is the purpose of this
patch.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/fileio/naming-a-file

I've created a static helper function replace_illegal_filename_chars
which within GraphWriter.cpp to help with replacing illegal file
character names before generating a dot graph filename.

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Cleanup some GraphTraits iteration code

Use children<> and nodes<> in appropriate places to cleanup the code.

Also, as part of the cleanup,
change the signature of DominatorTreeBase's Split.
It is a protected non-virtual member function called only twice,
both from within the class,
and the removed passed argument in both cases is '*this'.
The reason for the existence of that argument seems to be that
back before r43115 Split was a free function,
so an argument to get '*this' was needed - but now that is no longer the
case.

[GraphWriter] Don't wait on xdg-open when not on Apple.

By default, the GraphWriter code assumes that the generic file open
program (`open` on Apple, `xdg-open` on other systems) can wait on the
forked proces to complete. When the fork ends, the code would delete
the temporary dot files created, and return.

On GNU/Linux, the xdg-open program does not have a "wait for your fork
to complete before dying" option. So the behaviour was that xdg-open
would launch a process, quickly die itself, and then the GraphWriter
code would think its OK to quickly delete all the temporary files.
Once the temporary files were deleted, the dot viewers would get very
upset, and often give you weird errors.

This change only waits on the generic open program on Apple platforms.
Elsewhere, we don't wait on the process, and hence we don't try and
clean up the temporary files.
