[lldb] Unify Platform::ResolveExecutable (#96256)

The Platform class currently has two functions to resolve an executable:
`ResolveExecutable` and `ResolveRemoteExecutable`. The former strictly
deals with local files while the latter can handle potentially remote
files. I couldn't figure out why the distinction matters, at the latter
is a super-set of the former.

To make things even more confusion, we had a similar but not identical
implementation in RemoteAwarePlatform where its implementation of
`ResolveExecutable` could handle remote files. To top it all off, we had
copy-pasted implementation, dead code included in
`PlatformAppleSimulator` and `PlatformRemoteDarwinDevice`.

I went ahead and unified all the different implementation on the
original `ResolveRemoteExecutable` implementation. As far as I can tell,
it should work for every other platform, and the test suite (on macOS)
seems to agree with me, except for a small wording change.

[lldb] Move UnixSignals creation into Platform plugins

The high level goal of this change is to remove lldbTarget's dependency
on lldbPluginProcessUtility. The reason for this existing dependency is
so that we can create the appropriate UnixSignals object based on an
ArchSpec. Instead of using the ArchSpec, we can instead take advantage
of the Platform associated with the current Target.

This is accomplished by adding a new method to Platform,
CreateUnixSignals, which will create the correct UnixSignals object for
us. We then can use `Platform::GetUnixSignals` and rely on that to give
us the correct signals as needed.

[lldb] Plumb process host architecture through platform selection

To allow us to select a different platform based on where the process is
running, plumb the process host architecture through platform selection.

This patch is in preparation for D121444 which needs this functionality
to tell apart iOS binaries running on Apple Silicon vs on a remote iOS
device.

[lldb] Refactor Platform::ResolveExecutable

Module resolution is probably the most complex piece of lldb [citation
needed], with numerous levels of abstraction, each one implementing
various retry and fallback strategies.

It is also a very repetitive, with only small differences between
"host", "remote-and-connected" and "remote-but-not-(yet)-connected"
scenarios.

The goal of this patch (first in series) is to reduce the number of
abstractions, and deduplicate the code.

One of the reasons for this complexity is the tension between the desire
to offload the process of module resolution to the remote platform
instance (that's how most other platform methods work), and the desire
to keep it local to the outer platform class (its easier to subclass the
outer class, and it generally makes more sense).

This patch resolves that conflict in favour of doing everything in the
outer class. The gdb-remote (our only remote platform) implementation of
ResolveExecutable was not doing anything gdb-specific, and was rather
similar to the other implementations of that method (any divergence is
most likely the result of fixes not being applied everywhere rather than
intentional).

It does this by excising the remote platform out of the resolution
codepath. The gdb-remote implementation of ResolveExecutable is moved to
Platform::ResolveRemoteExecutable, and the (only) call site is
redirected to that. On its own, this does not achieve (much), but it
creates new opportunities for layer peeling and code sharing, since all
of the code now lives closer together.

[lldb] Return StringRef from PluginInterface::GetPluginName

There is no reason why this function should be returning a ConstString.

While modifying these files, I also fixed several instances where
GetPluginName and GetPluginNameStatic were returning different strings.

I am not changing the return type of GetPluginNameStatic in this patch, as that
would necessitate additional changes, and this patch is big enough as it is.

Moving executable module symbols parsing to target creation method.

Summary:
In our project we are using remote client-server LLDB configuration.
We want to parse as much debugging symbols as we can before debugger starts attachment to the remote process.
To do that we are passing the path of the local executable module to CreateTarget method at the client.
But, it seems that this method are not parsing the executable module symbols.
To fix this I added PreloadSymbols call for executable module to target creation method.

This patch also fixes a problem where the DynamicLoader would reset a
module when launching the target. We fix it by making sure
Platform::ResolveExecutable returns the module object obtained from the
remote platform.
