`type(re.compile(''))` like other Python extensions do. The dynamic type
is because some earlier versions of Python 3 do not have `re.Pattern`.
Second, `SBModule` has a `file` property, not a `path` property.

This is to fix buildbot failure
https://lab.llvm.org/staging/#/builders/195/builds/4255.
The test expects 'libstdc++' or 'libc++' SO module in the module list.
In case when static linking with libc++ is on by default, none of them
may be present.
Thus, USE_SYSTEM_STDLIB is added to ensure the presence of any of them.

code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).
If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made
changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git
checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

All these tests can just call lldbutil.run_to_source_breakpoint
instead of reimplementing it.
