This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our Python code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).
If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

[lldb] Add an overload to SetModuleLoadAddress that takes an unsigned value
Currently, SBTarget::SetModuleLoadAddress does not accept large slides needed to load images in high memory. This function should always have taken an unsigned as the slide, as it immediately passes it to Target::SetSectionLoadAddress which takes an unsigned.
This patch adds an overload and exposes that to SWIG instead of the signed variant. I've marked the signed variant as deprecated and added check that the slide is positive.

SectionLoadList has a section-to-address map (m_sect_to_addr) and an address-to-section map (m_addr_to_sect). When the load address of a section is updated, the old entry from m_addr_to_sect would never be cleared, resulting in incorrect address-to-section address lookups from that point forward.
