In the tests I added for `ranges::find_last{_if{_not}}`, I accidentally
introduced an assumption that `same_as<array<T, 0>::itera

In the tests I added for `ranges::find_last{_if{_not}}`, I accidentally
introduced an assumption that `same_as<array<T, 0>::iterator, T*>`; this
is a faulty assumption on MSVC-STL.
