Reland "[analyzer] Deprecate `-analyzer-store region` flag"
I'm trying to remove unused options from the `Analyses.def` file, then merge the rest of the useful options into the `AnalyzerOptions.def`. Then make sure one can set these by an `-analyzer-config XXX=YYY` style flag. Then surface the `-analyzer-config` to the `clang` frontend;
After all of this, we can pursue the tablegen approach described https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-tablegen-clang-static-analyzer-engine-options-for-better-documentation/61488
In this patch, I'm proposing flag deprecations. We should support deprecated analyzer flags for exactly one release. In this case I'm planning to drop this flag in `clang-16`.
In the clang frontend, now we won't pass this option to the cc1 frontend, rather emit a warning diagnostic reminding the users about this deprecated flag, which will be turned into error in clang-16.
Unfortunately, I had to remove all the tests referring to this flag, causing a mass change. I've also added a test for checking this warning.
I've seen that `scan-build` also uses this flag, but I think we should remove that part only after we turn this into a hard error.

[analyzer] pr38668: Do not attempt to cast loaded integers to floats.
This patch is a different approach to landing the reverted r349701.
It is expected to have the same object (memory region) treated as if it has different types in different program points. The correct behavior for RegionStore when an object is stored as an object of type T1 but loaded as an object of type T2 is to store the object as if it has type T1 but cast it to T2 during load.
Note that the cast here is some sort of a "reinterpret_cast" (even in C). For instance, if you store an integer and load a float, you won't get your integer represented as a float; instead, you will get garbage.
Admit that we cannot perform the cast and return an unknown value.

[analyzer] Fix a crash on casting symbolic pointers to derived classes.
Commit r340984 causes a crash when a pointer to a completely unrelated type UnrelatedT (eg., opaque struct pattern) is being casted from base class BaseT to derived class DerivedT, which results in an ill-formed region Derived{SymRegion{$<UnrelatedT x>}, DerivedT}.

[analyzer] Support modeling no-op BaseToDerived casts in ExprEngine.
Introduce a new MemRegion sub-class, CXXDerivedObjectRegion, which is the opposite of CXXBaseObjectRegion, to represent such casts. Such region is a bit weird because it is by design bigger than its super-region. But it's not harmful when it is put on top of a SymbolicRegion that has unknown extent anyway.
Offset computation for CXXDerivedObjectRegion and proper modeling of casts still remains to be implemented.

[analyzer] pr37209: Fix casts of glvalues to references.
Many glvalue expressions aren't of their respective reference type - they are simply glvalues of their value type.
This was causing problems when we were trying to obtain type of the original expression while evaluating certain glvalue bit-casts.
Fixed by artificially forging a reference type to provide to the casting procedure.
