[clang-tidy][NFC] Update tests to CheckOptions using new syntax

[clang-tidy] Added IgnoreVirtual option to misc-unused-parameters
Added option to ignore virtual methods in this check.
This allows to quickly get rid of big number of
potentialy false-positive issu
