Collect common private libraries path handling bits into share/mk/bsd.lib.mk. It is cleaner this way, prevents issues like manual paths and/or ignoring stale .depend for /usr/obj/usr/src/world_x86_64/usr/lib/priv/priv/libprivate_ncurses.a

Fix build with NO_OPENSSL set
In addition to several missing CFLAGS to point to the private libressl headers, various issues related to libressl were fixed. These were exposed by setting NO_OPENSSL in make.conf (and they were obscured when the compiler found the original openssl headers).

move private edit library to /lib/priv
While here, fix private ssh and ldns. The .so and .a versions were not installed and this probably will break future builds for anyone that's built world in the last few hours.
Also, all of these private libraries also need -L flags in addition to -rpath flags.

Move private ldns library to /usr/lib/priv
It's been decided to relocate private libraries to either /lib/priv or /usr/lib/priv. This requires the use of the -rpath linker flag as the libraries are no longer located in a standard search path.

privatize ldns library (only used for drill(1))
This is the first conversion in a series to rename base libraries so that they are only used by base assets. Libraries such as ldns and ssh have been getting picked up by dports with undesirable results.
These libraries are getting renamed to libprivate_<name>.*. Coincidentially, FreeBSD-CURRENT is using a similar scheme with libprivate<name>.*. FreeBSD Release 10 used the scheme /usr/lib/private/lib<name>* and DF did not want to follow that.
There may be some breakage for any third party software (including dports) that have linked to libldns erroneously. Recompiling and linking against port libldns should resolve those issues. Removing the base libldns.* files is necessary and unavoidable.

libldns, drill(1): Update to version 1.6.16
Many dports that require libldns were not building because the library was detected, but not the ldns.h header (along with its 30+ friends). The headers were available in contrib, but not installed. However, the version 1.6.11 is too old for at least some of the ports, so it became necessary to update LDNS to the latest version.
