bdev_gpt: use unique partition GUID as bdev UUID
In releases of SPDK prior to v23.01, GPT bdevs had a random UUID. This ended with commit a1c7ae2d3f4ebf5037ecb4295731d715a50146a0, which is OK because a non-persistent UUID is not all that useful.
Per Table 5.6 in Section 5.3.3 of UEFI Spec 2.3, each partition has a 16-byte UniquePartitionGUID:
GUID that is unique for every partition entry. Every partition ever created will have a unique GUID. This GUID must be assigned when the GPT Partition Entry is created. The GPT Partition Entry is created whenever the NumberOfPartitionEntries in the GPT Header is increased to include a larger range of addresses.
With this change, GPT bdevs use this unique partition GUID as the bdev's UUID.

bdev_gpt: add new SPDK partition type for off-by-one fix
The gpt bdev module has an off-by-one error. When it calculates the size of the partition, it simply does "end - start", when really it should be "end - start + 1".
We cannot just fix it by changing the math here, any consumers of the partition may have put down metadata on the partition based on the old size.
So instead add a new SPDK partition type. SPDK will keep the existing off-by-one behavior when it finds the old partition type, but will use the correct math when finding the new partition type.
Fixes issue #2801.

git log --follow -C90% --format=%ad --date default <file> | tail -1
and then pull just the 4 digit year from the result.
Intel copyrights were not added to files where Intel either had no contribution ot the contribution lacked substance (ie license header updates, formatting changes, etc). Contribution date used "--follow -C95%" to get the most accurate date.
Note that several files in this patch didn't end the license/(c) block with a blank comment line so these were added as the vast majority of files do have this last blank line. Simply there for consistency.

check_format: For C files only, fix return type breaks
In SPDK, declarations have the return type on the same line. Definitions have the return type on a separate line. Astyle has an option for enforcing this. Unfortunately, it seems to have two bugs:
1) It doesn't work correctly at all on C++ files. 2) It often fails on functions that return enums, or long type names
Deal with 1) by adjusting the check_format.sh script to only tell astyle to fix return type line breaks for C files and not C++. Deal with 2) by adding a few typedefs to work around the problem.

Replace most BSD 3-clause license text with SPDX identifier.
Many open source projects have moved to using SPDX identifiers to specify license information, reducing the amount of boilerplate code in every source file. This patch replaces the bulk of SPDK .c, .cpp and Makefiles with the BSD-3-Clause identifier.
Almost all of these files share the exact same license text, and this patch only modifies the files that contain the most common license text. There can be slight variations because the third clause contains company names - most say "Intel Corporation", but there are instances for Nvidia, Samsung, Eideticom and even "the copyright holder".
Used a bash script to automate replacement of the license text with SPDX identifier which is checked into scripts/spdx.sh.

module/gpt: remove legacy config support
This patch removes legacy config support in GPT bdev module.
Please note that disabling probing only for GPT partition does not have a corresponding RPC.
Similar functionality is possible for all bdev modules at once via `bdev_set_options --disable-auto-examine` RPC then followed by `bdev_examine` RPC for particular bdev.

bdev/gpt: Change ERRLOG to DEBUGLOG to show interleaved metadata is not supported
It is a good enhancement for the GPT vbdev module to support interleaved metadata but interleaved metadata is not critical and the priority is low.
However the following error log is always collected when there is any bdev with interleaved metadata.
vbdev_gpt.c: 552:vbdev_gpt_examine: *ERROR*: GPT module does not support block size 4224 for bdev Null0
This does not cause any failure but confuses user. Hence, change the corresponding print from ERRLOG to DEBUGLOG.
