Fix static linking for the tests: -lrump is also used by -lrumpuser,
so we also need -lrump after -lrumpuser. Fixes build for sun2.

Rename librumpfs_nullfs to librumpfs_null to make the basename the
same as with the kernel module (and hence MOUNT_NULL).
