Various updates to the INSTALL notes in preparation for 5.0. Changes

Move on-board MACE Ethernet to "supported devices" list.

zs keyboard/mouse now supported. Also, grtwo can be found on a wide range of
SGI machines, so just say "various" rather than enumerate.

IP20 is now supported. While we're here, replace "IP22 class" with "IP2x class"
for devices that exist on all IP2x platforms.
