[NFCI][Support] Avoid ASSERT_/EXPECT_TRUE(A <op> B)
The error messages in tests are far better when a test fails if the test is written using ASSERT_/EXPECT_<operator>(A, B) rather than ASSERT_/EXPECT_TRUE(A <operator> B).
This commit updates all of llvm/unittests/Support to use these macros where possible.
This change has not been possible in: - llvm/unittests/Support/FSUniqueIDTest.cpp - due to not overloading operators beyond ==, != and <. - llvm/unittests/Support/BranchProbabilityTest.cpp - where the unchanged tests are of the operator overloads themselves.
There are other possibilities of this conversion not being valid, which have not applied in these tests, as they do not use NULL (they use nullptr), and they do not use const char* (they use std::string or StringRef).

[CMake][AIX] Adjust plugin library extension used on AIX
As stated in the CMake manual, we are supposed to use MODULE rules to generate plugin libraries:
"MODULE libraries are plugins that are not linked into other targets but may be loaded dynamically at runtime using dlopen-like functionality"
Besides, LLVM's plugin infrastructure fits with the AIX treatment of .so shared objects more than it fits with the AIX treatment of .a library archives (which may contain shared objects).

Make llvm::StringRef to std::string conversions explicit.
This is how it should've been and brings it more in line with std::string_view. There should be no functional change here.
This is mostly mechanical from a custom clang-tidy check, with a lot of manual fixups. It uncovers a lot of minor inefficiencies.
This doesn't actually modify StringRef yet, I'll do that in a follow-up.

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository.

Give shared modules in unittests the platform-native extension, make PipSqueak a MODULE
As far as I can tell from revision history, there's no good reason to call these files .so instead of .dll in Windows, so use the normal extension.
Also change PipSquak from SHARED to MODULE -- it's never passed to target_link_libraries() and only loaded via dlopen(), so MODULE is more appropriate. This makes it possible to delete a workaround for SHARED ldflags being not quite right as well.
No intended behavior change. https://reviews.llvm.org/D46898

Export the required symbol from DynamicLibraryTests
Running unittests/Support/DynamicLibrary/DynamicLibraryTests fails when LLVM is configured with -DLLVM_EXPORT_SYMBOLS_FOR_PLUGINS=ON, because the test's version script only contains symbols extracted from the static libraries, that the test links with, but not those from the main object/executable itself.
The patch moves the one symbol, needed by the test, to a static library.

Re-sort #include lines for unittests. This uses a slightly modified clang-format (https://reviews.llvm.org/D33932) to keep primary headers at the top and handle new utility headers like 'gmock' consistently with other utility headers.
No other change was made. I did no manual edits, all of this is clang-format.
This should allow other changes to have more clear and focused diffs, and is especially motivated by moving some headers into more focused libraries.

Fix DynamicLibraryTest.cpp on FreeBSD and NetBSD
Summary:
After rL301562, on FreeBSD the DynamicLibrary unittests fail, because the test uses getMainExecutable("DynamicLibraryTests", Ptr), and since the path does not contain any slashes, retrieving the main executable will not work.
Reimplement getMainExecutable() for FreeBSD and NetBSD using sysctl(3), which is more reliable than fiddling with relative or absolute paths.
Also add retrieval of the original argv[] from the GoogleTest framework, to use as a fallback for other OSes.
