Currently, the AMDGPU backend bumps the Stack Pointer
by fixed size offsets in the prolog of device functions, and

Currently, the AMDGPU backend bumps the Stack Pointer
by fixed size offsets in the prolog of device functions, and
restores it by the same amount in the epilog.
Prolog:
sp += frameSize
Epilog:
sp -= frameSize
If a function has dynamic stack realignment,
Prolog:
sp += frameSize + max_alignment
Epilog:
sp -= frameSize + max_alignment
These calculations are not optimal in case of dynamic
stack realignment, and completely fail in case of
dynamic stack readjustment.
This patch uses the saved Frame Pointer to restore SP.
Prolog:
fp = sp
sp += frameSize
Epilog:
sp = fp
In case of dynamic stack realignment, SP is restored from
the saved Base Pointer.
Prolog:
fp = sp + (max_alignment - 1)
fp = fp & (-max_alignment)
bp = sp
sp += frameSize + max_alignment
Epilog:
sp = bp
(Note: The presence of BP has been enforced in case of any
dynamic stack realignment.)

Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.
For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.
Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.
This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

[AMDGPU] Remove post-PromoteAlloca SROA run
PromoteAlloca now uses SSAUpdater, it doesn't need SROA to clean-up after it anymore.

Currently, the custom SGPR spill lowering pass spills SGPRs into physical VGPR lanes and the remaining VGPRs are used by regalloc for vector regclass allocation. This imposes many restrictions that we ended up with unsuccessful SGPR spilling when there won't be enough VGPRs and we are forced to spill the leftover into memory during PEI. The custom spill handling during PEI has many edge cases and often breaks the compiler time to time.
This patch implements spilling SGPRs into virtual VGPR lanes. Since we now split the register allocation for SGPRs and VGPRs, the virtual registers introduced for the spill lanes would get allocated automatically in the subsequent regalloc invocation for VGPRs.
Spill to virtual registers will always be successful, even in the high-pressure situations, and hence it avoids most of the edge cases during PEI. We are now left with only the custom SGPR spills during PEI for special registers like the frame pointer which is an unproblematic case.

Unlike the callee-saved VGPR spill instructions emitted by `PEI::spillCalleeSavedRegs`, the CS VGPR spills inserted during emitPrologue/emitEpilogue require the exec bits flipping to avoid clobbering the inactive lanes of VGPRs used for SGPR spilling. Currently, these spill instructions are referenced from the SP at function entry and when the callee performs a stack realignment, they ended up getting incorrect stack offsets. Even if we try to adjust the offsets, the FP-SP becomes a runtime entity with dynamic stack realignment and the offsets would still be inaccurate.
To fix it, use FP as the frame base in the spill instructions whenever the function has FP. The offsets obtained for the CS objects would always be the right values from FP.

SILowerSGPRSpills pass handles the lowering of SGPR spills into VGPR lanes. Some SGPR spills are handled later during PEI. There is a common function used in both places to find the free VGPR lane. This patch eliminates that dependency to find the free VGPR by handling it separately for PEI. It is a prerequisite patch for a future work to allow SGPR spills to virtual VGPR lanes during SILowerSGPRSpills.

Currently the return address ABI registers s[30:31], which fall in the call clobbered register range, are added as a live-in on the function entry to preserve its value when we have calls so that it gets saved and restored around the calls.
But the DWARF unwind information (CFI) needs to track where the return address resides in a frame and the above approach makes it difficult to track the return address when the CFI information is emitted during the frame lowering, due to the involvment of understanding the control flow.
This patch moves the return address ABI registers s[30:31] into callee saved registers range and stops adding live-in for return address registers, so that the CFI machinery will know where the return address resides when CSR save/restore happen during the frame lowering.
And doing the above poses an issue that now the return instruction uses undefined register `sgpr30_sgpr31`. This is resolved by hiding the return address register use by the return instruction through the `SI_RETURN` pseudo instruction, which doesn't take any input operands, until the `SI_RETURN` pseudo gets lowered to the `S_SETPC_B64_return` during the `expandPostRAPseudo()`.
As an added benefit, this patch simplifies overall return instruction handling.
Note: The AMDGPU CFI changes are there only in the downstream code and another version of this patch will be posted for review for the downstream code.

When memory operations are outstanding on function calls, either the caller or the callee can insert a waitcnt to ensure that all reads are finished. Calls need some time to be executed, so if the callee inserts the waitcnt, filling the instruction buffer and waiting for memory will be interleaved, hiding some latency. This comes at the cost of having a waitcnt inside functions that may not be needed as no memory operations are outstanding.
For function calls, this is already implemented. The same principal applies to returns: If the caller inserts a waitcnt after the call, the callee does not have to wait and the return and memory operation can be run in parallel.
This commit implements waiting in the caller after returning from a function call.

The AMDGPU target has a convention that defined all VGPRs (execept the initial 32 argument registers) as callee-saved. This convention is not efficient always, esp. when the callee requiring more registers, ended up emitting a large number of spills, even though its caller requires only a few.
This patch revises the ABI by introducing more scratch registers that a callee can freely use. The 256 vgpr registers now become: 32 argument registers 112 scratch registers and 112 callee saved registers. The scratch registers and the CSRs are intermixed at regular intervals (a split boundary of 8) to obtain a better occupancy.

This is tricky because now the FP needs to be spilled in the prolog relative to the incoming SP register, rather than the frame register used throughout the rest of the function. I don't like how this bypassess the standard mechanism for CSR spills just to get the correct insert point. I may look for a better solution, since all CSR VGPRs may also need to have all lanes activated. Another option might be to make getFrameIndexReference change the base register if the frame index is a CSR, and then try to figure out the right insertion point in emitProlog.
If there is a free VGPR lane available for SGPR spilling, try to use it for the FP. If that would require intrtoducing a new VGPR spill, try to use a free call clobbered SGPR. Only fallback to introducing a new VGPR spill as a last resort.
This also doesn't attempt to handle SGPR spilling with scalar stores.

AMDGPU: Don't fix emergency stack slot at offset 0
This forced the caller to be aware of this, which is an ugly ABI feature.
Partially reverts r295877. The original reasons for doing this are mostly fixed. Alloca is now in a non-0 address space, so it should be OK to have 0 as a valid pointer. Since we treat the absolute address as the pointer value, this part only really needed to apply to kernels.
Since r357093, we avoid the need to increment/decrement the offset register in more cases, and since r354816 the scavenger can fail without spilling, so it's less critical that we try to avoid an offset that fits in the MUBUF offset.
Restrict to callable functions for now to split this into 2 steps to limit thte number of test updates and in case anything breaks.

AMDGPU: Activate all lanes when spilling CSR VGPR for SGPR spills
If some lanes weren't active on entry to the function, this could clobber their VGPR values.

The SchedModel allows the addition of ReadAdvances to express that certain operands of the instructions are needed at a later point than the others.
RegAlloc may add pseudo operands that are not part of the instruction descriptor, and therefore cannot have any read advance entries. This meant that in some cases the desired read advance was nullified by such a pseudo operand, which still had the original latency.
This patch fixes this by making sure that such pseudo operands get a zero latency during DAG construction.
