[lldb] Make "inline" tests more configurable
Summary: This patch adds two new arguments to the MakeInlineTest function. The main motivation is a follow-up patch I'm preparing, but they seem generally useful.
The first argument allows the user to specify the "build dictionary". With this argument one can avoid the need to provide a custom Makefile if all he needs is to override a couple of make variables. This hooks in neatly into the existing dictionary support for non-inline tests.
The second argument specifies the name of the test. This could be used to provide better names to the generated test classes, but it's mainly useful in conjuction with the first argument: now that we can specify a custom build dictionary, it may sometimes make sense to run the same test twice with different build configurations. To achieve that, we need to give the two tests different names, and this argument achieves that.
The usage of the arguments is demonstrated via TestBasicEntryValues.py.

[lldb/test] Make "inline" tests handle multiple statements at the same location
Summary: The test machinery translates each continuous block of "//%" comments into a single breakpoint. If there's no code between the blocks the breakpoints will end up at the same location in the program. When the process stops at a breakpoint lldb correctly reports all breakpoint IDs, but the test machinery only looks at the first one. This results in a very dangerous situation as it means some checks can be silently stopped.
This patch fixes that by making the test machinery iterate through all breakpoints at a given location and execute all commands.

[lldbinline] Set directory attribute on test-specific classes
Set the "mydir" attribute of an inline test on the test-specific class, instead of on the base InlineTest class.
This makes it possible to run dotest.py on a directory containing inline tests. This wasn't really possible prior to this patch, because what would happen is that one test would just run over and over again, even though the test infrastructure would claim that different tests were being run.
Example:
The test infrastructure claimed that all of these different tests were passing, which couldn't be true --

dotest: make inline tests compatible with -f
Summary: This is split off from D47265 where I needed to be able to invoke every test with -f. That patch is kinda dead now, but this part seems like a good cleanup anyway.
The problem with inline tests was in the way we were adding methods to the class, which left them with an incorrect __name__ property. This prevented dotest from finding them with -f.
I fix this with (what I think is) the correct way of dynamically creating classes -- passing the list of methods during type construction instead of fixing up the class afterwards. Among other things this has the advantage of not needing to do anything special for debug info variants. As our test method will be visible to the metaclass, it will automagically do the multiplication for us.

[dotest] Make the set of tests independent of the test configuration
Summary: In the magic test duplicator, we were making the decision whether to create a test variant based on the compiler and the target platform. This meant that the set of known tests was different for each test configuration.
This patch makes the set of generated test variants static and handles the skipping via runtime checks instead. This is more consistent with how we do other test-skipping decision (e.g. for libc++ tests), and makes it easier to expose the full set of tests to lit, which now does not need to know anything about what things can potentially cause tests to appear or disappear.

[dotest] Clean up test folder clean-up
Summary: This patch implements a unified way of cleaning the build folder of each test. This is done by completely removing the build folder before each test, in the respective setUp() method. Previously, we were using a combination of several methods, each with it's own drawbacks: - nuking the entire build tree before running dotest: the issue here is that this did not take place if you ran dotest manually - running "make clean" before the main "make" target: this relied on the clean command being correctly implemented. This was usually true, but not always. - for files which were not produced by make, each python file was responsible for ensuring their deleting, using a variety of methods.
With this approach, the previous methods become redundant. I remove the first two, since they are centralized. For the other various bits of clean-up code in python files, I indend to delete it when I come across it.

[dotest] make debug info variant accessible in setUp()
Summary: This changes the way we store the debug info variant to make it available earlier in the test bringup: instead of it being set by the test wrapper method, it is set as a *property* of the wrapper method.
This way, we can inspect it as soon as self.testMethodName is initialized. The retrieval is implemented by a new function TestBase.getDebugInfo(), and all that's necessary to make it work is to change self.debug_info into self.getDebugInfo().
While searching for debug_info occurences i noticed that TestLogging is being replicated for no good reason, so I removed the replication there.

Compile the LLDB tests out-of-tree.
This patch is the result of a discussion on lldb-dev, see http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/lldb-dev/2018-January/013111.html for background.
For each test (should be eventually: each test configuration) a separate build directory is created and we execute
make VPATH=$srcdir/path/to/test -C $builddir/path/to/test -f $srcdir/path/to/test/Makefile -I $srcdir/path/to/test
In order to make this work all LLDB tests need to be updated to find the executable in the test build directory, since CWD still points at the test's source directory, which is a requirement for unittest2.
Although we have done extensive testing, I'm expecting that this first attempt will break a few bots. Please DO NOT HESITATE TO REVERT this patch in order to get the bots green again. We will likely have to iterate on this some more.

Summary: This has been broken at least since the new test result framework was added, which was over a year ago. It looks like nobody has missed it since.
Removing this makes the gmodules handling code saner, as it already did not know how to handle the multiple-compilers case.
My motivation for this is libc++ data formatters support on android -- I am trying make a central way of determining whether libc++ tests can be run, and without this, I would have to resort to similar hacks as the gmodules code.

*** This commit represents a complete reformatting of the LLDB source code *** to conform to clang-format’s LLVM style. This kind of mass change has *** two obvious implications:
Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit, performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of the repository):
find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} + find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;
The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.
Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.

Make lldbinline.py regenerate the Makefile each time it builds.
If a lldbinline test's source file changed language, then the Makefile wasn't updated. This was a problem if the Makefile was checked into the repository.
Now lldbinline.py always regenerates the Makefile and asserts if the newly-generated version is not the same as the one already there. This ensures that the repository will never be out of date without a buildbot failing.
