Stop wrapping GCCAsmStmts inside StmtExprs to destruct temporaries
Instead, just pop the cleanups at the end of the asm statement.
This fixes an assertion failure in BuildStmtExpr. It also fixes a bug where blocks and C compound literals were destructed at the end of the asm statement instead of at the end of the enclosing scope.

Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. - This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set a default target).

When instantiating a UnaryOperator, allow the resulting expression to still be dependent or invoke an overloaded operator. Previously, we only supported builtin operators.
BinaryOperator/CompoundAssignOperator didn't have this issue because we always built a CXXOperatorCallExpr node, even when name lookup didn't find any functions to save until instantiation time. Now, that code builds a BinaryOperator or CompoundAssignOperator rather than a CXXOperatorCallExpr, to save some space.
