[analyzer] Fix false positive for mutexes inheriting mutex_base (#106240)

If a mutex interface is split in inheritance chain, e.g. struct mutex
has `unlock` and inherits `lock` from __mutex_base then calls m.lock()
and m.unlock() have different "this" targets: m and the __mutex_base of
m, which used to confuse the `ActiveCritSections` list.

Taking base region canonicalizes the region used to identify a critical
section and enables search in ActiveCritSections list regardless of
which class the callee is the member of.

This likely fixes #104241

According to POSIX 2018.

1. lineptr, n and stream can not be NULL.

[clang][analyzer] Model allocation behavior or getdelim/geline (#83138)

`getdelim` and `getline` may free, allocate, or re-allocate the input
buffer, ensuring its size is enough to hold the incoming line, the
delimiter, and the null terminator.

`*lineptr` must be a valid argument to `free`, which means it can be
either

1. `NULL`, in which case these functions perform an allocation
equivalent to a call to `malloc` even on failure.
2. A pointer returned by the `malloc` family of functions. Other
pointers are UB (`alloca`, a pointer to a static, to a stack variable, etc.)

[analyzer] Model comparision methods of std::unique_ptr

This patch handles all the comparision methods (defined via overloaded
operators) on std::unique_ptr. These operators compare the underlying
pointers, which is modelled by comparing the corresponding inner-pointer
SVal. There is also a special case for comparing the same pointer.

[analyzer] Fix StdLibraryFunctionsChecker crash on macOS

Summary:
EOF macro token coming from a PCH file on macOS while marked as literal,
doesn't contain any literal data. This causes crash on every project
using PCHs.

This commit doesn't resolve the problem with PCH (maybe it was
designed like this for a purpose) or with `tryExpandAsInteger`, but
rather simply shoots off a crash itself.

[Analyzer][MallocChecker] No warning for kfree of ZERO_SIZE_PTR.

Summary:
The kernel kmalloc function may return a constant value ZERO_SIZE_PTR

This is a simple version but should be no problem. The macro is always

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.
