[analyzer][NFC] Remove useless class BuiltinBug
...because it provides no useful functionality compared to its base class `BugType`.
A long time ago there were substantial differences between `BugType` and `BuiltinBug`, but they were eliminated by commit 1bd58233 in 2009 (!). Since then the only functionality provided by `BuiltinBug` was that it specified `categories::LogicError` as the bug category and it stored an extra data member `desc`.
This commit sets `categories::LogicError` as the default value of the third argument (bug category) in the constructors of BugType and replaces use of the `desc` field with simpler logic.
Note that `BugType` has a data member `Description` and a non-virtual method `BugType::getDescription()` which queries it; these are distinct from the member `desc` of `BuiltinBug` and the identically named method `BuiltinBug::getDescription()` which queries it. This confusing name collision was a major motivation for the elimination of `BuiltinBug`.
As this commit touches many files, I avoided functional changes and left behind FIXME notes to mark minor issues that should be fixed later.

[analyzer] Don't print the config count in debug.ConfigDumper
I think anyone who added a checker config wondered why is there a need to test this. Its just a chore when adding a new config, so I removed it.
To give some historic insight though, we used to not list **all** options, but only those explicitly added to AnalyzerOptions, such as the ones specified on the command line. However, past this change (and arguably even before that) this line makes little sense.
There is an argument to be made against the entirety of analyzer-config.c test file, but since this commit fixes some builtbots and is landing without review, I wouldn't like to be too invasive.

[analyzer] NFC: Introduce sub-classes for path-sensitive and basic reports.
Checkers are now required to specify whether they're creating a path-sensitive report or a path-insensitive report by constructing an object of the respective type.
This makes BugReporter more independent from the rest of the Static Analyzer because all Analyzer-specific code is now in sub-classes.

I'll detail this heuristic in the followup patch, strictly related to this one however:

[analyzer] Fix an assertation failure for invalid sourcelocation, add a new debug checker
For a rather short code snippet, if debug.ReportStmts (added in this patch) was enabled, a bug reporter visitor crashed:
struct h { operator int(); };
int k() { return h(); }
Ultimately, this originated from PathDiagnosticLocation::createMemberLoc, as it didn't handle the case where it's MemberExpr typed parameter returned and invalid SourceLocation for MemberExpr::getMemberLoc. The solution was to find any related valid SourceLocaion, and Stmt::getBeginLoc happens to be just that.

[analyzer] Supply all checkers with a shouldRegister function
Introduce the boolean ento::shouldRegister##CHECKERNAME(const LangOptions &LO) function very similarly to ento::register##CHECKERNAME. This will force every checker to implement this function, but maybe it isn't that bad: I saw a lot of ObjC or C++ specific checkers that should probably not register themselves based on some LangOptions (mine too), but they do anyways.
A big benefit of this is that all registry functions now register their checker, once it is called, registration is guaranteed.
This patch is a part of a greater effort to reinvent checker registration, more info here: D54438#1315953

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository.

[analyzer] Fix some expressions staying live too long. Add a debug checker.
StaticAnalyzer uses the CFG-based RelaxedLiveVariables analysis in order to, in particular, figure out values of which expressions are still needed. When the expression becomes "dead", it is garbage-collected during the dead binding scan.
Expressions that constitute branches/bodies of control flow statements, eg. `E1' in `if (C1) E1;' but not `E2' in `if (C2) { E2; }', were kept alive for too long. This caused false positives in MoveChecker because it relies on cleaning up loop-local variables when they go out of scope, but some of those live-for-too-long expressions were keeping a reference to those variables.
Fix liveness analysis to correctly mark these expressions as dead.
Add a debug checker, debug.DumpLiveStmts, in order to test expressions liveness.

[analyzer][NFC] Move CheckerRegistry from the Core directory to Frontend
ClangCheckerRegistry is a very non-obvious, poorly documented, weird concept. It derives from CheckerRegistry, and is placed in lib/StaticAnalyzer/Frontend, whereas it's base is located in lib/StaticAnalyzer/Core. It was, from what I can imagine, used to circumvent the problem that the registry functions of the checkers are located in the clangStaticAnalyzerCheckers library, but that library depends on clangStaticAnalyzerCore. However, clangStaticAnalyzerFrontend depends on both of those libraries.
One can make the observation however, that CheckerRegistry has no place in Core, it isn't used there at all! The only place where it is used is Frontend, which is where it ultimately belongs.
This move implies that since include/clang/StaticAnalyzer/Checkers/ClangCheckers.h only contained a single function:
class CheckerRegistry;
void registerBuiltinCheckers(CheckerRegistry ®istry);
it had to re purposed, as CheckerRegistry is no longer available to clangStaticAnalyzerCheckers. It was renamed to BuiltinCheckerRegistration.h, which actually describes it a lot better -- it does not contain the registration functions for checkers, but only those generated by the tblgen files.

[analyzer] Evaluate all non-checker config options before analysis
In earlier patches regarding AnalyzerOptions, a lot of effort went into gathering all config options, and changing the interface so that potential misuse can be eliminited.
Up until this point, AnalyzerOptions only evaluated an option when it was querried. For example, if we had a "-no-false-positives" flag, AnalyzerOptions would store an Optional field for it that would be None up until somewhere in the code until the flag's getter function is called.
However, now that we're confident that we've gathered all configs, we can evaluate off of them before analysis, so we can emit a error on invalid input even if that prticular flag will not matter in that particular run of the analyzer. Another very big benefit of this is that debug.ConfigDumper will now show the value of all configs every single time.
Also, almost all options related class have a similar interface, so uniformity is also a benefit.
The implementation for errors on invalid input will be commited shorty.

[analyzer] Bug identification
This patch adds hashes to the plist and html output to be able to identfy bugs for suppressing false positives or diff results against a baseline. This hash aims to be resilient for code evolution and is usable to identify bugs in two different snapshots of the same software. One missing piece however is a permanent unique identifier of the checker that produces the warning. Once that issue is resolved, the hashes generated are going to change. Until that point this feature is marked experimental, but it is suitable for early adoption.
