NetBSD/arm: initial support

This is more or less mechanical merge of existing NetBSD code and
ARM-specific bits from Linux/arm files.

Delete random assortment of ancient NetBSD/i386 binaries.

Merged default into NetBSD/pthreads

Switch NetBSD from clone(2) to kproc-pthreads.c

This commit is mostly a pretty mechanical change.
It works on NetBSD-6 where pthread uses userland semaphores.

Declare NaN().

Copied NetBSD 386 version and mechanically applied Linux 386->power diff.

Copied NetBSD 386 version and replaced fcr/fsr bits with the
definitions for power taken from the Linux version.

Declare getcallerpc() as returning ulong to match emu/port/fns.h

Move fpuctl.h stuff into lib9, like on Linux. Inline asm version is
probably mis-optimized by modern gcc, but I didn't bother investigating.
