Garbage collect AH_SUPPORT_AR5416 config option.

It does nothing since r318857.

Remove IEEE80211_AMPDU_AGE config option.

It is noop since r297774.

Drop 'new' from the description of NFSCL to match the recent change in

faith(4) and faithd(8) happened more than 12 years ago, so I assume
it is time to drop RFC3142 in FreeBSD.
