calendar(1): Use UTF-8 for all calendars

Remove 'pt_BR.ISO8859-1' and 'ru_RU.KOI8-R' since their UTF-8 version
already exist.

Convert the following calendars to UTF-8:
* de_AT.ISO8859-15
* de_DE.IS
