kernel/twa: Sync a bit with FreeBSD.

Mainly s/callout_init/callout_init_mp/ and using pci_enable_busmaster()
directly.

twa(4): Sync with FreeBSD's current code.

This adds support for more and newer cards (see the hardware list in
the manual page).
