This concludes the efforts to consistently use .Mt for
email addresses. It also sneaks in a couple of subtle
changes to punctuation, grammar and conversion of
'.Nm xx

kernel/acpi: Bring in acpi_wmi(4) from FreeBSD, which acpi_hp(4) needs.
Also, hook acpi_hp(4) back into the build.
Some fixes to acpi_hp(4) were brought in, too.
It is all untested, unfortunately.
