[InstCombine] Set dead phi inputs to poison in more cases
Set phi inputs to poison whenever we find a dead edge (either
during initial worklist population or the main InstCombine run),
instead of on

instead of only doing this for successors of dead blocks.
This means that the phi operand is set to poison even if for
critical edges without an intermediate block.
There are quite a few test changes, because the pattern is fairly
common in vectorizer output, for cases where we know the vectorized
loop will be entered.

[test] Use -passes syntax in Analysis tests
Another step towards getting rid of dependencies to the legacy
pass manager.
Primary change here is to just do -passes=foo instead of -foo in
simple situ

[ValueTracking] Switch isKnownNonZero() to switch over opcodes (NFCI)
The change in the assume-queries-counter.ll test is because we skip
and unnecessary known bits query for arguments.

the NumUsefullAssumeQueries stat is actually pessimistic because in a few places queries
ask to keep providing information to try to get better information. and this isn't counted
as a usefull query evem tho it can be usefull
