Add endian_machdep.h files for sh3 machines to _ARCH_INCS assh3/include/elf_machdep.h needs it since r1.11.Unbreaks tools build on non-netbsd hosts (and whatever problems onnetbsd hosts of different endianness that might have been caused bythe mismatch).
