Remove uscanner(4) driverThis exists for compatibility with a Linux interface which was apparentlydeprecated in Linux 2.6. There are various mailing list threads goingback to 2004 where the usefulness of this driver is discussed, butthe conclusion is that scanner software has all moved to using ugen(4)instead, and enabling this driver will not help you scan things.

Remove uyap, USB YAP phone firmware loader. And the associated ezload EZ-USB code, which is only used by uyap.It could theoretically be used by other drivers, but none of them arein tree.I suspect that this device isn't in use, as phone technology has improveda lot since 2001 when uyap(4) was added to the tree.Proposed with no objections on netbsd-users on 13 April 2020

remove urio(4), a driver for the Rio500 MP3 player. At this point it is highly unlikely this 1999 device still has users, but it still comes up in the context of maxv's USB-fuzzing (and any devicecould pretend to be a urio(4)), so it's best to get rid of it.Renamed all major entries to obsolete, as was done in previous removals. This still requires an update to sanitizers, but they're located in"external", perhaps it should be first committed upstream?Proposed on tech-kern a month ago.

various umidi clean ups:- move the contents of umidi{reg, var}.h into umidi.c directly as they are not referenced by any other file.- remove the useless include of umidi{reg, var}.h from umidi_quirks.c.- add reference counting and wait/broadcast support to the IO paths.- fix the error handling in midi_attach() and midi_open().- sprinkle KASSERT() in several places.- drop the local interrupt lock before calling into various parts of the USB code. fixes lockdebug issues, and likely hangs.- rename "binded" member as "bound".with these most of the panics and problems i've seen are gone. thereis still one lockdebug panic to deal with that happens when unpluggingumidi while midiplay(1) is running.

The ubtbcmfw(4) driver fails to compile, as noted by PR kern/34219.While it can be made to compile, the paradigm is not quite right becauseit attempts to contact the filesystem during autoconfig which sometimescauses a panic. Even if that was fixed, there is another potential problemin that the driver tries/sleeps/tries/sleeps and the sleep couldtheoretically sleep past the rc.d/btconfig stage and the controllerwould remain unconfigured. So, I have prepared a different method for loading the firmware toBroadcom BCM2033 chip based devices. A package 'sysutils/bcmfw' will loadthe firmware files via a ugen(4) device interface. This update removes the ubtbcmfw(4) driver and adds a table to the ubt(4)driver so that it will not attach to Broadcom BCM2033 based devices beforethe firmware was loaded. This fixes kern/34219
