Mass update to CodeGen tests to use CHECK-LABEL for labels corresponding to function definitions for more informative error messages. No functionality change and all updated tests passed locally.

This update was done with the following bash script:

find test/CodeGen -name "*.ll" | \
while read NAME; do
echo "$NAME"
if ! grep -q "^; *RUN: *llc.*debug" $NAME; then
TEMP=`mktemp -t temp`
cp $NAME $TEMP
sed -n "s/^define [^@]*@\([A-Za-z0-9_]*\)(.*$/\1/p" < $NAME | \
while read FUNC; do
sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)\([A-Za-z0-9_-]*\):\( *\)$FUNC: *\$/;\1\2-LABEL:\3$FUNC:/g" $TEMP
done
sed -i '' "s/;\(.*\)-LABEL-LABEL:/;\1-LABEL:/" $TEMP

CSE: allow PerformTrivialCoalescing to check copies across basic block
boundaries.

Given the following case:
BB0
%vreg1<def> = SUBrr %vreg0, %vreg7
%vreg2<def> = COPY %vreg7
BB1
%vreg10<def> =

CSE: allow PerformTrivialCoalescing to check copies across basic block
boundaries.

%vreg1<def> = SUBrr %vreg0, %vreg7
%vreg2<def> = COPY %vreg7
BB1
%vreg10<def> = SUBrr %vreg0, %vreg2
We should be able to CSE between SUBrr in BB0 and SUBrr in BB1.

Implement ARMBaseInstrInfo::commuteInstruction() for MOVCCr.

A MOVCCr instruction can be commuted by inverting the condition. This
can help reduce register pressure and remove unnecessary copies in some
cases.

Allow machine-cse to look across MBB boundary when cse'ing instructions that
define physical registers. It's currently very restrictive, only catching
cases where the CE is in an immediate (and only) predecessor. But it catches
a surprising large number of cases.
